REFUND POLICY

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return. Orders returned more than 90 days after receipt will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the costs of returning the item to our warehouse in Asia. These costs typically range between 15 and 30 euros, depending on your location. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and provide you with an appropriate solution promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed yet. Contact us at info@noosa-boutique.com. If your order has already been processed and is in the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the package to us immediately upon receipt for a full refund.
